Terms of Use

These terms apply to https://www.sexletics.ca. Sexletics is operated from Canada. We do not currently publish a separate legal entity name. By using Sexletics you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and Community Standards. Content is educational athletic training. It is not medical, legal, or therapeutic advice and it does not diagnose, treat, or promise clinical outcomes.

Memberships

Free training stays free. Premium and Elite are monthly subscriptions billed in CAD through Stripe, which is our payment processor. We do not store primary account numbers (full card numbers / PAN) on Sexletics servers. Listed prices are in CAD; taxes may apply at Stripe Checkout. Cancel anytime from Manage billing (Stripe customer portal). You keep paid access until the current period ends, then return to Free. We do not prorate unused days.

Your content

You keep rights to training logs, journal entries, chat, and other content you create. You grant Sexletics a license to host and display that content as needed to run the service. Do not post anyone else's intimate material without their consent.

Enforcement

We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms or Community Standards — including underage use, coercion, harassment, and miracle or medical claims. Safety reports: privacy@sexletics.ca. Product support: support@sexletics.ca. Platform safety reports also use /report. Sexletics is not a crisis line — see Support Resources.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved by email, the courts of British Columbia, Canada have jurisdiction. Cookies, localStorage (age flag, birth year, and guest progress), Vercel Analytics, and how we handle birth year are described in the Privacy Policy. Birth year entered at the age gate stays in localStorage on this device and is not sent to our servers.
