When training isn't enough
Clear boundaries: Sexletics coaches athletic skill and consent culture. We do not diagnose, treat, or replace mental health or medical care.
Consent is performance equipment
Ongoing negotiation, check-ins, and aftercare are coached like form. Coercion is a rules violation — report it.

Mental health
If anxiety, depression, trauma, or compulsive patterns are present, pause athletic framing and work with a licensed clinician. Training is not therapy.
Relationships & repair
Frequent ruptures, coercion dynamics, or safety concerns in partnership need professional support — couples therapy or domestic violence resources as appropriate.
Crisis & immediate danger
Sexletics is not a crisis line and does not provide emergency or clinical care. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services now (9-1-1 in Canada). For suicide or emotional crisis in Canada, call or text 9-8-8 (Talk Suicide Canada / 9-8-8: Suicide Crisis Helpline), 24/7. Use Report only for platform safety — coercion, harassment, underage use — not medical emergencies.
Facility culture
Our house rules and educational materials on boundaries, aftercare, and respectful training culture.
