Equipment
Session kit
A climbing-gym packing list so Session A feels like a real practice: timer, a surface you can leave, water, a written stop. Lube and pillows if the work needs them. Toys are optional. No SKUs, no carts, no affiliates — we are not selling you a bag.
Educational athletic framing for adults 18+. Not medical advice.
Pack the bag
Required-enough
Enough to run the session, not a shopping list. If you have a timer, a surface you can leave, water, and a written stop, you can open Session A.
Timer
Phone clock or the session player. Time is a stop rule, not a scoreboard. When it ends, you end — even if the set felt “almost.”
Surface you can leave
Bed, floor, or chair you can stand up from without a speech. A towel is practical for sweat, lube, and a clean exit — borrow one, do not shop a kit. If you cannot leave cleanly, the load is too high.
Water
Hydration is equipment. Boring on purpose. Keep a glass in reach so you do not turn a pause into a hunt through the kitchen.
A written stop
Time, RPE, or “if I am gripping I am done.” Write it before the first set — solo or partnered. A stop you have not named is a theory.
When the work needs it
Lube, pillows, optional toys
Add what the movement needs. None of this is a product aisle.
Lube as equipment
When friction hurts, that is a form cue — not a toughness test. Add lube the way you add chalk: because the movement needs it. If you use condoms, match the lube to the barrier you actually use. Water-based and most silicone-based formulas are the usual high-level split with latex; oil-based products can degrade latex. We will not name brands. If something burns, stings, or numbs, stop.
Pillows / wedge for hip height
Hip height is position setup, not a product SKU. Rear-entry and similar frames: set hip height with pillows (or a wedge if you already own one) before contact. Match height instead of folding a spine to get there. Side-lying: fill the waist gap. Same cue as the position library. Borrow from the couch.
Optional toys
Not required for Session A. Foundation is breath, awareness, and a stop — not a hardware aisle. If you use a toy: stop if it is numb or painful; do not share without barriers (a condom or similar, or keep it personal); it is not a medical device. No enlargement pumps. Numbness is a stop, not a progression.
House rules
What Sexletics will never sell
Education over carts. If a page needs a checkout to teach sexual fitness, it is not teaching.
Guaranteed-size devices
No pumps, extenders, or miracle centimeters. We will not coach an enlargement protocol on this page, and we will not put a device under that fear.
ED-cure carts
We do not diagnose or treat erectile dysfunction. Sudden change, pain, or function that worries you belongs with a clinician — not a checkout.
Anatomy leaderboards
Process metrics stay private: session RPE, control quality, recovery. Handles, not hero photos. Size contests are how cultures die.
Kit is packed when the stop is written. Open Session A and run the checklist — do not wait for a shopping trip.
